Job DetailsQualifications – Needed:
- 3-5+ years as a lead technician, manager, or supervisor in the Electronic Security Industry
- Strong knowledge of installation, design, and repair of Electronic Security Systems
- Ability to obtain required industry licenses/certifications
- Willingness to pursue NICET II certification within a specified timeframe
- Valid driver’s license and strong mathematical skills
- Knowledge of fire and electrical codes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervise branch installation and service departments
- Mentor and empower technicians and team members
- Develop personalized growth plans and provide training opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Monitoring Center teams
- Guide enforcement of operations policies and procedures
- Lead initiatives to improve branch operations, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Champion false alarm reduction efforts
- Inspire, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance
